We left Ho Chi Minh City behind for a very different side of southern Vietnam, travelling out into the Mekong Delta for a day on the water. Much of the trip was spent moving between rivers, canals and small settlements, giving us a glimpse of everyday life in a landscape shaped by the Mekong and its network of waterways.
